How are CD14+ monocytes isolated?+
Monocytes are isolated from healthy donor PBMCs using positive immunomagnetic selection with anti-CD14 microbeads. This yields high-purity CD14+ cells while preserving viability and function.
What is the recommended thawing protocol?+
Thaw rapidly in a 37°C water bath for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to pre-warmed complete medium, wash at 300g for 10 minutes. Resuspend and plate at desired density.
Can I request a specific donor profile?+
